By purchasing a Story Spark Author Development membership, you agree to the following subscription terms and conditions.

Story Spark Author Development is an ongoing mentorship-based membership designed to support writers through creative growth, craft development, spiritual encouragement, professional guidance, and author development.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Professional development resources
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Community engagement
  • Educational materials and resources

Membership offerings may evolve over time to better serve members.

  1. Subscription Billing & Payments

Membership operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method until cancellation.

  • Payments are automatically processed on your billing date each month.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to membership benefits.
  • Prices are subject to change with advance notice provided to members.
  1. Commitment & Participation

Story Spark is designed to create meaningful growth through ongoing participation and consistency.

While results cannot be guaranteed, members are encouraged to actively engage with lessons, feedback opportunities, discussions, and assignments to receive the greatest benefit.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • Membership access continues through the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • Access to resources, membership spaces, feedback opportunities, and live experiences ends upon expiration of the billing period.

Unused services, feedback opportunities, coaching access, or membership benefits do not roll over to future months and cannot be redeemed after cancellation.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of membership content and the reservation of mentorship, feedback, and support resources:

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused membership periods.
  • Failure to participate does not qualify for reimbursement.

All membership materials, lessons, worksheets, videos, presentations, downloads, and resources remain the intellectual property of Story Spark Author Development unless otherwise stated.

Members may:

  • Use materials for personal educational purposes
  • Download resources for individual use

Members may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or republish materials without written permission
  • Share login credentials or membership-only content outside the community

Participation in Story Spark does not guarantee:

  • Publication
  • Agent representation
  • Book sales
  • Career outcomes
  • Specific creative or financial results

All feedback and instruction are educational in nature and should be applied at the member’s discretion.

  1. Community Standards

Story Spark is intended to be a respectful, encouraging environment.

Harassment, hateful conduct, repeated disruption, plagiarism, or harmful behavior toward members may result in removal from the membership without refund.

Story Spark reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Cancellation policy specifics

Story Spark Author Development is designed as an ongoing mentorship experience built on consistency, commitment, and growth. By enrolling, clients agree to a monthly payment commitment outlined in their contract while understanding that life circumstances and creative seasons can change.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Clients may cancel membership at any time by providing written notice via email before their next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests received after a payment has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
  • Because membership resources, planning, feedback time, and coaching availability are reserved in advance, payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, access to membership materials, community spaces, feedback opportunities, and live sessions will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • If a client chooses to rejoin at a later date, pricing, availability, and membership terms may be subject to change.

Story Spark values both commitment and grace. The goal is to create a space where writers can grow intentionally while maintaining flexibility for changing seasons of life.
